Love is what brought you together and love is what keeps you together, but sometimes couples hit bumps in the road and you may both feel bewildered about how you got to where you are at.  Commonly communication is the biggest stumbling block, and when communication breaks down frustration and resentment can move in.  Relationship coaching can help a couple learn to communicate better, work through conflict in a healthy way and help make changes that will bring you closer together. 

Relationship coaching can begin with a 2 hour intensive intake session where both partners will have a chance to meet individually and then together as a couple.  You will leave with homework each session to help you continue to make positive changes together between meetings.  Relationship coaching is intense work that is accomplished by the commitment of each partner.  1 hour sessions are then scheduled weekly, bimonthly, or monthly depending on your needs and mutual goals.  Felicia Snell has a masters degree in marriage and family therapy and has experience in Systems Therapy, Object Relations Therapy, and Emotional Focused Therapy.
